- ଜାତି-ଧର୍ମ-ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ-ନିରପେକ୍ଷ ମହାଭାରତୀୟ ସମାଜ-ଗଠନ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ହୈହୟ କ୍ଷତ୍ରିୟ ଜାତିକୁ ସୁଯୋଗ୍ୟ ତଥା ସମକକ୍ଷ ଭାବରେ ସଂଗଠିତ କରିବା । ଏହି ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ସ୍ୱଜାତୀୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷିତ, ସଭ୍ୟ ଓ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛଳ କରିବା ।
- ରାଜନୈତିକ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ତଥା ବିଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନାଞ୍ଚଳର ହୈହୟ କ୍ଷତ୍ରିୟ ସମାଜକୁ ଅଗ୍ରଗତି ଓ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରାନୁଗତ୍ୟ-ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ଏକତାବଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ।
- ସର୍ବବିଧ ସଂକୀର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଓ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକତାର ଉଦ୍ଧ୍ୱର୍ରେ ସମାଜକୁ ପ୍ରଗତିଶୀଳ, ସଂସ୍କୃତି-ସଂପନ୍ନ, କୁସଂସ୍କାରମୁକ୍ତ କରିବା ।
- ସମାଜର ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ସ୍ୱଜାତୀୟ ନରନାରୀଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଓ ସ୍ୱାବଲମ୍ବନଶୀଳ ବୃତ୍ତି ଗ୍ରହଣରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ।
- ସମାଜରୁ କୁସଂସ୍କାର, ଯୌତୁକ-ପ୍ରଥା, ବିଭେଦ, ଅସାମଞ୍ଜସ୍ୟ, ଆଦିର ବିଲୋପକଳ୍ପେ ସହଯୋଗ ଓ ମୈତ୍ରୀ-ସ୍ଥାପନ ।
- ସମାଜ-କଲ୍ୟାଣ-ପାଣ୍ଠି ଗଠନ ସୂତ୍ରରେ ଦରିଦ୍ର ମେଧାବୀ ଛାତ୍ର ଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟଦାନ ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ, ପାଠାଗାର, ପ୍ରୌଢ ଶିକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସ୍ଥାପନାଦିର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ।
- ଜାତୀୟ-ସଂହତି ଓ ମହାଭାରତୀୟ ଜାତୀୟତାର ବିକାଶ ସାଧନ ।
- ସମାଜରେ ବନ୍ୟା ବାତ୍ୟା ମରୁଡି ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ବି ର୍ଯ୍ୟୟରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଦାନ ।
- ସମାଜରେ ସାହିତ୍ୟ-ସଂସ୍କୃତି-କଳା-କ୍ରୀଡାଦିର ବିକାଶ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ।
